Hi, Here is an update on the property I listed in August that was listed before with Redfin.  We sold it within days!  The transaction is already closed.  This is the second listing I have had that was previously listed with Redfin for months, that we sold in just days.

And yes, Deborah Arends is that Deborah Arends from the infamous 60 Minutes piece a couple months back.

I wonder 60 Minutes will ever do a follow up piece?

I was really pleased with this photo I took for Mary Flo. All I can think now though is “I should have taken it from one more foot to the right, but, ah well, done is done.

The house was priced well and in great shape too.

It went under deposit within a week of my photos.
