I primarily work with Prudential agents and listings, but am also willing to work directly with home owners wishing to take advantage of my skills.
You give me a call or email me that you need a photo shoot for your house.
We talk and arrange the time of the photo shoot. The biggest concern here is what time of day the sun hits the front of the house the best.
I go shoot the photos, edit them and either email them, or burn them to a CD for you.
After that, what happens to the photos is up to you. Typically I expect youll forward them to your agent for uploading to the MLS.
You pay me $99.99 + tax and there is a $20 travel fee it I have to go further out than the Southington-Avon-Newington triangle.
This costs more than a direct to Prudential agent shooting because I consider Prudential a client buying in bulk and some of my expenses are less for dealing within Prudential Connecticut Realty.
That being said Im well worth it.
