Hi there!
You give me a call or email me that you need a photo shoot for a house.
I call the home owner to arrange a good time to come. The biggest concern here is what time of day the sun hits the front of the house the best.
We step it up just like showing in Show Book if the home is already listed.
I go shoot the photos, edit them and either email them, or burn them to a CD for you.
I make sure you get them and follow up if you have problems uploading the to the MLS
You pay me $59.99 + tax. I also add $20 for travel time if I have to go out of the Southington-Avon-Newington triangle.
Thats about as complicated as it gets.
