I do two primary things.
Acting as myself as Athol Kay Photography LLC, I shoot real estate photos of homes for sale nearly anywhere in the State of Connecticut. Typically this is around a 60 to 90 minute shoot, plus editing time and either/both emailing the photos or burning them to CD and getting them to you.

I act as a real estate agent for Prudential Connecticut Realty out of the Bristol Office. I tend to keep this primary area of service limited to Terryville, Farmington, Burlington, Plainville and of course Bristol. Real estate expertise is quite local, and further out than that I believe you would be better served with another agent. I typically refer people to other Prudential Connecticut Realty agents if it falls outside my area of service.
These two skills are quite complimentary, allowing me access to homes via lock box, the MLS and so on. Photo shoots are booked very much like a showing.
The cost of photography is $99.99 direct to any homeowner, or $59.99 to any Prudential agent or homeowner listing with Prudential.
For homes out of my local area, I charge a $20 travel fee.
